How long does a placement take?
From first enquiry to first day of work, the realistic range is three to nine months – depending on profession, residence title and personal situation. We always clarify timings before any contract is signed.
Which sectors does MOSI BRIDGE cover?
Our focus is care and health professions, hospitality, trades, logistics, household services, au-pair and selected IT profiles. Other sectors on request.
How does placement into care professions work?
We cover all three career paths – nursing assistant (PA), nursing specialist assistant (PFA) and registered nurse (DGKP) – from reviewing prior qualifications through language level and formal recognition to training or direct employment in Austria. Requirements, documents and a checklist are in the Care & Health welcome package.
Do you also support applications to ÖBB and Wiener Linien?
Yes. For both employers we accompany the entire application process in eight steps – from the documents and the online application through to the selection procedure and the start of the contract. The process and all required documents are in the ÖBB & Wiener Linien welcome package.
Which countries do you recruit from?
Our focus countries are Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania in East Africa, as well as India, the Philippines and Colombia. On request we also recruit from additional countries where we have vetted partner structures.
What does placement cost?
Employers pay a transparent placement and support fee, depending on scope and duration. For talent, the first consultation is free.
What sets MOSI BRIDGE apart from classic agencies?
We support beyond the employment contract – with structured onboarding, coaching and psychosocial support. That reduces turnover and protects people.
Which languages do you work in?
German, English and French. In addition, we support in Swahili and other East African languages as needed.
How does the au-pair programme work?
Host family and au pair sign the Austrian model au-pair contract, we prepare the AMS notification and accompany the residence procedure until arrival. All conditions – from the 16.5-hour week to the German course – plus the online application and the welcome package can be found on our au-pair page.
Can I fill in the forms on my computer?
Yes. The application forms and powers of attorney in the download area are fillable PDFs – complete them on your PC, then print and sign. For the AMS procedure only the German power of attorney in signed original is valid; the English and French versions carry an additional translation page so you can read along.
